Team [New Nevalia] Need a team

Greetings everyone

I would like to intruduce myself, I'm the old owner of Nevalia if you heard or played it, I closed it because there was a huge bug(fixed now) and the server once got hacked but ive now made it secured.
I've got cash to buy a dedicated server and a domain IP so it will be great!

About the server:
*The server will be a Rl-map, very much edited with my own quests and hunting places.
*It will also have real addon system so everyone have to fight for the addons and can be proud of them
*It will have donation system with ownmade items(not too great).
*Dedicated server (I'll pay).
*Domain IP (I'll pay), will be ".com".
*Exp stages, not too high, now too low.
*I though about 3 gamemasters including me so we can have more control of eachother.

Okay so what I'm looking for is;
-JOB1: Scripter (Need the ability to make own scripts, in lua xml etc. also need to know how to fix stuffs in SQL)
-JOB2: Mapper (Need to know how to make a detail map with advanced quests)
-JOB3: Bug fixer (Need to know how to fix both small and extreme bugs).
-Over the age 15.
-beeing serious
-need english speaking skills so everyone can understand
-Got MSN
