I got one question so far.

1.
If i wanna start my ot and i want a internet company .. you know people that have my server up in internet then.. Do i have to pay the first i contact or so or after 1 month if people buy my donate items?

No not to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) But if you use PayPal you will have to pay a small small transaction fee or DaoPay where u will have to pay like 60% of what he buys for.
