problem with useWith

Hiho guys, actually its a question:
Do you know any way of making useable item the use with item WITHOUT client edit? If so could you share it with me please?

ok, I already figured out that it for 99.9% needs client edit, but not edited one wont debug so its not that bad(edited tibia.dat will be needed quite late so new players wont suffer)
But if you know any solution you still can help me

item editor
it will edit item.otb you won't need custom client

yeah, but exactly what to change(tried to figure out that part, no luck yet)

@down: well, that way it doesnt work(I'd have to check source if its sending that kind of stuff to client or its 100% client sided)
