If you're seriously when saying Eloth is a noob server just because it got DDoSed, your a funny guy! Real Tibia, made by Cipsoft have like three huge DDoSes each month, also Ciptibia have been hacked twice and such.
So after all i won't say that eloth is a noob server, it's been up for years now.
