Starting my local private server

I've hosted 3 old servers(xml) old times and I've stopped tibia for like 3 years
I want to start my own private server for me and my local friends (not public) and i have no experience with the current servers

I've read how to compile and i did compile it in windows 8 64x I tried to search what's next or what should i do with the compiled files or trying to find guide to build my server From compiling->running but i couldn't

If you follow a complete compiling guide it should end where that tutorial starts.
