Some changes

1. Spears are disappearing from hand now, but u can pick them up,
2. Rings are adjusted to mana regen now,
3. Paladin can make fireballs,
4. 2x amount of conjuring: bolts and arrows,
5. There is no exhausted after mana fluid.
