Lua 2 maps inside same OT

I'd like to know if is there a way to bring 2 maps at same time to my OT.
I mean...i already have one continent, so i want to start a new map for a new continet and i dont wanna start this new continet in the same map, because its already big and weighted

Also in remeres map editor go make this steps:

Go to the map you want to add another map to.
Go to File
Go to Import
Click Import Map
Browse the map you want to add
and put coordination of where u want to add it to.

I got your point, it sounds simples, i'm gonna try do that too. Any doubt i'm gonna ask again! xD


PS: All the time i try export my minimap, the RME got crash, then i cant export anything. Can you guys tell me why?

I dont think its possible, not without some heavy changes in the sources, ur better off merging them

Maybe you will need better memory but if your map is bigger.

it'll basically act as a bigger map, and wont cause more lag just because its imported, probably just more memory like Loney said

If you merge it, it could mess up one of the maps by mapping over it
If you move the map some X and Y spots to avoid merging errors then if you have teleportss in the map you are importing, there teleporting location will be different : /
