Can't Log In With My Ip!

I HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM!
WHEN I PUT MY IP (get it from whatismyip.com) IN THE CONFIG.LUA AND THEN SAVE IT. I OPEN THE SERVER I PUT THE IP IN THE IP CHANGER AND CHANGE IP! I TRY TO LOG BUT IT WON'T WORK! *DOESN'T DO A THING!*
SO WHAT SHOULD I DO! :blink: AND YES I HAVE the xammp thing :thumbup:

portforward port 7171/ make sure firewall doesn't block the ot

if not then try using 127.0.0.1

How do i test i mean to see if my firewall isn't bloking the ot?

And yes it works with 127.0.0.1 put no one of my friends can be connected
