Mapping - Nature

Since I started to work on my own map.. I have a feeling that my nature is looking the same all the time and everything I map is looking the same.. so I just wanna ask for few tips how can I make it unique and special? Please don't tell me to look in raw or anything.. cuz I'm doing that.. I'm mapping almost everything with the raw and every new area i'm looking for new things and its always get to the same thing..
Bushes, tuffs, trees, flowers, randomized grass, stones etc.. always the same..

Try to add some random things, like small mountains, water in the middle of everything, swamp etc...

At the moment I'm in mapping a village.. but all the village looking the same about the nature in it.. and its annoying me and disturb my eyes.. understand?

Maybe its an idea to make different city's
for example; You make city's with fire as subject or ice or what ever.
You have many walls/items for each different subject.


maybe post some screens so we can give a better advice?
