Market Place - Not aloud to sell RL tibia map/datapacks?

This is what I've always figured weird since you can download real maps, OTLand supports them.. but you cannot buy or sell an RL map?

Can somebody who knows a lot about this tell me why you can't?

It's because it's not ours to sell or buy. It's is copyrighted material, you're able to download, cause then none is actually making money of it, because of the work of someone else.
