Highrate server is launching this Saturday, 14/3, at 18.00 GMT+1!
The time has come fellow oldschool enthusiasts! We have finished polishing and editing Faloria to fit a more fast paced play style, including elements such as higher experience, double rune charges, lower fragtimes and low experience from player killings!

Looking for a good fight on a server that has been running since September last year without major complications? Do you want to get into the later stages of the 7.4 gameplay without spending too much time? Is your team the one strong enough to rule the new Faloria world?

Experience rates
Since our experience table is a bit special, there is no static experience stage as on most other servers. People who played our lowrate server might remember that you got 1x experience from the monsters, but less experience was needed per level. On this server you will get 2x experience from all monsters, and we will use the same experience table as before. This means that you will level twice as fast on this new server! A full experience table can be seen on the forums, here.

Other rates

    • Loot rate: 3x
    • Skills: 10x
    • Magic rate: 6x
    • Server save every day at 10.00 GMT+1
    • All tasks will have twice the experience reward and increased item (gold) rewards

PvP config

    • You need 4 frags for Red Skull.
    • When you get 8 frags, you get banished.
    • Each frag lasts for 10 hours.
    • Banishment for excessive killing will last one week.
Only two people will get a frag per kill. The one who gets the last hit and the one dealing most damage. There wont be any war system on this server, and you will have to fight like in the old days.

Again, this server will in no way interfere with our current lowrate server, which will still be ran for a very long time. Perhaps you are more interested in the RPG elements of 7.4 and want it to be tougher in general, then you should visit www.faloria.eu and try the lowrate version which has been running for over seven month and still has an active and friendly community!

4 frags for rs and 6 for ban make no sense, war peoples usually running around with red skulls so they dont have to worry about frags but now when u hit red skull u have only 1 frag left ...
i propose to make 8 frags for ban or 3 rs 7 ban
 
well duration of a frag 10 hour is fine. but ye the 6 frags for banishment is dangerous;p

All fine , but this frag duration its not for h-r. It will be boring if someone want to spend much time on your server you leaves for him only hunting ? Make a poll with this frags ;D its frag system for middle rate

10 hours per frag, with four frags for red skull and eight for banishment is already considered quite low in my opinion. Feel free to discuss it though! (If you are not playing alone you wont get a frag from every kill as only last-hitter and most damage dealer gets one)
 
I think this sever will be great, but i also think that the release date is really bad. This new ot-server is getting alot of attention and i think that many are going to start playing there, maybe you should try to forward the relase date 1 week. Consider this, only thinking about your best. GL
 
Signed that if You maybe wait 1 more week , it would be a better start. But I maybe get any team over there.

you should consider mlvl/skill rate look

h rate 12x skill 5x magic
l rate 6x skill 4x magic

so its only 1 rate diffrent on magic and 6 rate diffrent on skill

The rates were just a placeholder, the actual rates are now updated to the ones it will have. Mana/hp regens will of course be doubled as well which means magic level will increase even faster! Ill post the formula for the PvP-E exp in a moment!

So the math for this depends on level of the killer, amount of damage killer dealt to player being killed and killed players experience.

To make it simple a level 50 killing another level 50 gets about 7800 experience (if he makes the kill all by himself).

If you are low level killing a higher level, you will get more experience, and if you are a high level killing low levels you will get very little to none experience for it.
