1. Easier To Kill, But More Of A Challenge.
2. Low Levels and Slow.
3. Noob Weapons.
4. No Runes.
5 Use Only Potions.

Map : Small / Rookgaard

High-Level War?
1. High Levels, Hard To Kill, Fast Paced.
2. All Weapons And Armor.
3. Move Faster.
4. Runes Are Usable.
5. Promotions.

Map : Bigger / Custom / Barricaded Carlin, Thais, etc.


My Decision :
>High-Level War<
Why? Because there is much more of a challenge, you can actually get away from your enemy, and bigger map, it can be custom or a altered map.

Thats obvious! Just by looking how you described both of them.. You were like:

noob war = sux, low level, sux map
high level war = rox, high level, rox map.

It depends what you mean with "noobwar", what lvls exactly if low like start 10, don't think so that you would start this ots with much ppl, but if 50+, good map, it would be nice i think.
