Windows Over a 5 years break. New server

Heya, after 5 years I want to make my ots again but its not xml days anymore. Now I've got a problem i was reading a lot in last 4-5 days ive downloaded some servers but they wasnt good enough for me. I want to make stable server for many players (700+) on dedicated server, I know how to script, mapp. Its not a big deal for me tho. I just want to ask you which server should I use, which real map should I download? (links will be appreciated ).

Now, I want to tell ya more about this server. It will be 8.6 server with real map + some other lands added for sure (there can be gengia, oken etc but for sure i will rebuild them). It will be more rpg style so exp stage will be like:

lvl: 1-40 x80
lvl: 41-100 x40
lvl: 101-150 x20
lvl: 151-200 x10
lvl: 200-300 x8
lvl: 300+ x5

/\ Its just for now (might be changed).

It's a serious project which I will continue as long as I can!

Hope, u will help me. I wont get tutorial from you how to make ots or how to turn it on its not a problem for me and my "team".
We just want to ask you which tools should we use (server,data pack, map etc.) to save our time excluding them one by one.

For 8.60 Use TFS 0.4 Rev 3884 or 3777

about map try to search it in map section anyway you can't get a full free map without bugs
all maps have missed Parts : like houses , npcs , edit things etc,,,,

Id go for 3884, dosen't have the bug where monsters wont walk over dead monsters.

When I'm tryin to open Map from 3884 it says it is tibia 8.5 but i think it doesnt matter right? When i will put there 8.6 rl map everything will work fine?

Well now we're thinkin if 9.8x/10+ will be better? any advices?

First for the map 8.5 because who made this map create it with 8.5 you can upgrade it to 8.60 create new map and use import

and the map isn't a problem xD you can use any map but it's need sprites
you can add tibia 10.31 map in 8.60
but custom client 8.60 like add sprites because if not when player find this place will debug

and 9.8 and 10+ I prefer yea because old tfs is a faiak now
