Hey guys!
As We stated at the very beginning of this project, despite rather low number of active players, we are continuing to work on the server issues, fixing and polishing its mechanics every day.
That's the list of changes that happend in recent days:
-Fixed player defense formula, adjusted it to 7.4 standards.
-Changes the way monsters behave (they don't lag when trying to chase a player)
-Reworked creatures attacking from distiance, so they are more predictable.
-Fixed issues with spell npc;s.
-Adjusted Paladin hitchance.
-Added the possibility of making 2 runes at a time.
-We added share exp system (for now without any bonus but that will be introduced very soon)
-Other small changes with various of npc's, small changes all around the map, some text mistakes with books & signs etc.
-We fixed the map click problem, it doesn't lag your character when he's trying to walk diagonaly (map click isn't perfect still yet, we continue to work on it)
-Reintroduced the option of opening private message window from the default channel.
-Reworked light system a little, minimally stronger utevo lux, and bigger difference between stronger spells.
At the moment we are focused with few client-sided problems, like rendering of 64x64 graphics. We are also reworking the client, and overall, doing everything towards low-rate server.
Low rate is coming, but We can't yet state when atm. Besides fixing few more bugs and polishing the client, we want to prepare some other mechanics and systems to introduce them with the low-rate server launch. Client rework, epic quests system, and other aspects.
