This npc is more or less a mission npc that will reward you with alot of experience and an item or two and it is repeatable over and over.
UNIQUE CREATURE KILL COUNTER / till completed task

The Item Binder
An npc that allows you to brand your items so no matter what even if you loose your item you will have a chance to see who has it.

Works 100% winning team recieves 25 event tokens.
use those token in varias ways.
