Spells Bug

I checked the config and it doesn't say anything about not having to learn spells. So it automatically make them have to buy spells. How do I change it. Ive tried every spell and all of them say I must learn the spell first so...

A little help here?

In spells.xml you can change needlearn="0"

 

[JayBeee]

\data\spells\spells.xml change

needlearn="1"

to

needlearn="0"
