TFS 1.1 not opening?

Hello,

Just followed a tutorial (

)
- Anyways.... after all the steps and going to run the TFS, it just "blinks" and never actually opens.

Any ideas?

Event Viewer doesn't say anything about it...also it is not opened in task bar, anywhere...

probably tfs couldn't connect to db.
