Mid- Low rate. High rate sucks in oldschool. Speed = GAY.

There are several good low/midrates open already. Highrates are fun for people who cant be arsed to spend a lot of time exping on a slowrate ot like realots to go 30v30 wars with 20 noobchars in every battle and rather prefer smaller battles where you don't have to care if you die and spend 5 hours to get your exp back.

This is true. Keep it high/mid rate to level 100 and then keep it slow after that, somthing like 5x !
