What are the perfect rates for a oldschool server?

Level 8 ~ 100 Decreases from a starting 100x to 5x
Skill Rates 40x
Magic Rates 10x
Loot Rates 2x

That certainly are true.
I am asking for opinions :) what is your opinion regarding rates?
 
Mid- Low rate. High rate sucks in oldschool. Speed = GAY.

There are several good low/midrates open already. Highrates are fun for people who cant be arsed to spend a lot of time exping on a slowrate ot like realots to go 30v30 wars with 20 noobchars in every battle and rather prefer smaller battles where you don't have to care if you die and spend 5 hours to get your exp back.
 
Starting at 100x and ending at 5x at level 100.

Perfect in my opinion.
