What makes an OT-server good?

Hello all otlanders! I'm wondering, both for interest and use, what makes the server good?
What kind of map should it have?
Low/high experience?
What commands should be there, and etc.
Should there be training monks?
If its a global/real-map, should it have custom island or just 100% (as close as it could get) real tibia quests and systems (like outfit system and such).

I'm asking you this because i need inspiration and i want to know what both players and creators thinks.

So, what do you think an ot should have?

Kinda sad that nowadays players only like two things: cipsoft maps + high exp STAGES. Everything should be easy so yes there should also be training monks. Finally it's important that you have a server which attracts players to war.
