Why doesnt my Remere's Map Editor open?

Windows cnnot acces the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate premissions to access the item.
and doesnt open..

I use Windows 7.
please help me!

If you use Kaspersky Antivirus, then you need to pause the protection before installing it.
