Hello I don't understand how to make a custom client to my ot. I have 8.6 and not quite sure how to make it work. I have tried to download a regular 8.6 client and searched for login01.tibia.com but i can't find it, is there any other ways?

Over the years the iconic 8.60 - 8.62 has been the predominant protocol for otservers and probably the most played one even today. why do you guys think people prefer it? compared to the far more advanced 10+ protocols that bring a lot of new features to the table and are even easier to code for?

I see that this last Commit df422c0 is almost perfect OTClient builds (Windows) But, have an error with talking npcs: ERROR: ProtocolGame parse message exception (64 bytes unread, last opcode is 170, prev opcode is 107): InputMessage eof reached Any have fix that? i cant :(

How do you update .spr and .dat on your players computer without them having to download the client from the website again? An update system integrated inside the client so to speak. Rep++ for correct answer

It seems like tibia.pic is limited to 640*480 by default, but does anyone what is required to change this? The biggest issue is that the old client forces a background with a 4:3 resolution which means almost everyone will have a distorted widescreen background picture.

I have my 7171, 7172 and 80 ports open, also I enabled all of the ports in my fire wall and disabled my anti virus program. I can connect to my server using both 127.0.0.1 and 83.251.xxx.xxx in my ip changer, but when my friends try to join they get the error "Connection refused" Anyone have any...
