Windows I Want to start a new OT Server 8.10, But i dunno how to.

As the thread title says: I want to start a new OT server with the 8.10 version, i also want to learn how to make my own map/items/monster/quests/npc's.

I know it's much but i was re-directed to this site since this is the most talented one
