I'm new and i want to download new real tibia server on my laptop just offline version, to discover real tibia on it and have a GM just for fun

Thats wrong, you need to setup a database to run latest tfs.

First you need to download the TFS 1.X server which can be found here:

You need to compile the engine (exe) you can do that by using this tutorial:

Compile it as 32bit if you want to use the ORTS real map datapack, 64 bits version will crash due to a memory leak in the datapack.

If you can't compile it you can download a pre-compiled build from nightlies.otland.net
http://nightlies.otland.net/
Choose 32 bit release.

You can find the ORTS datapack here:

ORTS world files here:
https://github.com/orts/world

TFS 1.X doesn't any in-game account manager nor SQLite so you need to create a mysql server and create a account/character from either the database or install an AAC such as ZnoteAAC.

True, I actually meant cryingdamson 0.3.6 (8.60) V8.2 then you can just do that but I was sending this from my phone so I was not really paying attention mb
