Map Editor request

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to point me to what I need to start mapping from scratch.
That is all, there are just too many tools out there and editors, I got confused.

Pros/Cons if you have suggestions for different editors, would be very much appreciated!

If it matters, I'm running Windows 10, but could boot whatever in a VMware.


TLDR:
Need program to make a map for Tibia from scratch.

I just need the name of whatever mapping tool that is mostly used and I'll search it up and get it downloaded on my own.
