I need complete help setting up a paypal system with shop and offers, i will give a gm to the one who helped me, i installed a system but now i dont know how to do, how do i get it on my homepage?

I solved some so now i can add offers and donate, but i dont have a shopsystem, its just bugged, coz i have nothing in my mysql about shop offers, so please help me!
