I want to set up a PVP-enforced server with a custom map. My question is really for the experienced OT-serv hosters.

Which Distro version should I use for hosting a pvp-enf server thats running on a custom map and hosting on a tibia 8.42 client?

Actually, 0.3.5 would be better for enforced.
