question plz help

I dont understand what is the difference, Because I downloaded Wingui but I cant find the characters folder or asnything I tried to search for it but nothing came, Can anyone give me a tutorial or exlplain me how to get my ot with TFS running, btw I am new to the ot server thing so plz help me, also the latest version of TFS supports tibia client 8.0 RIght?

1. There is no players/accounts folder because the server supports only SQL not XML.
2. Yes TFS supports 8.0
