Adding sprites into Map editor & Game

Does anyone know howto do this?
Don't tell me "SEARCH" Because I have, through 9 pages.
I've tried a lot of diff combination searches too, I don't know howto add custom sprites ex. Weapon or monster into map editor or game!
Like do I compile my new tibia.spr, then use dat editor to give them an ID and stuffs?
Then what.. ? add into items.xml or.. I don't know!

Can someone link me a TuT if they know one?!

you have to extract the new pictures to your .spr file in your tibia folder.
and how to do that is simple just download http://ultrashare.de/f/5590/SprEditor.rar.html

1. put this into your tibia file and extract
2. once you have extracted find your picture you want to change.
3. compile your own sprites with the program.
4. change mytibia.spr to tibia.spr and reload in map editor

i know that the sprite program is outdated but it works
