How to run ot server when hosting on a dedicated server

Hello.
I'm right now transfering all my files to an server me and my friends hierd, i just got 1 problem. How do i start the .exe files?
When i double click them i just got a notepad up with text, some1 please help me. Ofcorse i got all nessesary promgrams.

listend that happen to me ask ur dedicated company for help they will solve the problem!

.dll files or .exe error need changed for other and try..
Linux? not use never .exe and click , you need compiling for works your ot and created your exe
