Sprite files - how to open?

Hi!

I am trying to open sprite file in tibia with sprite editor, but it just wont open. So I wounder if there is any good soul that can open sprite for me and save content of of it on some downloading site? Or tell me what to do? (dont know what i am doing wrong) I am working on one website so i need graphics for it.
