TFS 0.X Increasing monsters attack delay

I am currently creating a High XP server where it is common to teleport, unleash spells, and exit quickly, even before there is time to take monster attacks.
But when I migrated my base to OTX2 (which is based on TFS 0.4) The monsters attack very quickly, this delay being almost zero, so when entering teleports, they attack players almost instantly.
So I would like to increase the delay somehow so that I can get in and out of teleports quickly without being attacked.

It's important to remember that I didn't have this problem with TFS 0.3.6, not even with the old evolutions (SVN). The monsters have the necessary delay in those versions.

I will explain-it further, what I need is to reset the creature attack delay time every time he enters in my screen.
Currently this attack time is cumulative, like if the delay is 1second and I manage to pass him in 0,5seconds, the next time I see him, I will have only 0,5seconds before being attacked. I want this time to be reseted in every encounter.

Make sure you add some security. There are still ways to crash servers, especially in 0.3/0.4 8.6 when it comes to in-game account managers.
