Noobchar security

Hello

Would you like that everyone under a certain amount of level is not able to block people? By this we will allow everyone above the specified level allow to go through the player. The "Noobchar" will not be allowed to go through other players.

This is to prevent people from blocking spawns with noobcharacters on a OT server which is pretty lame.

Please tell us what you think and what level you need to have to be considered a "Maincharacter".
