I am here to pressent our currently project: Panchira!
Which is a continuation of our previous project, World-Extream(Unknown for everyone because we never released it for the public)
What our project is:
As almost all other projects in this forum are, Open Tibia Server (quite booring, right?)<_<
Server Info:
Anyway, the project is an OT Server 8.54, with 100% own made map (obviously?), the server will have both RPG and TP way to level and
always use of the Normal PvP mode, with protecting level 50(May be changed).
Quest Info:
There are eight missions, and more are upcoming(REAL missions with lua functions and not a chest lying in a random place).
For those chest quests we have around ~20 of them.
Currently the map is only 13MB big (aim for 30 ~ 35MB before the opening).
Town Info:
The current towns that exists now are:

Monster Spawns:
I am not sure what to tell you about the spawns but here is a little quote from rme
NPC'S
As for the npc's... We have worked around NOTHING here, because we belive that they aren't necessary right now.
But we have some basic NPC such as, Rune/wand seller, Food Npc, Promote npc, Addon Npc and just one Quest/mission npc.
We also have another kind of Seller, that's a Lever that sells a bp of runes (Depending on which lever you shall use).
Script Systems
We have currently only 2 "major" Script Systems, First one is: Mining system. And the other one, "melting" system (Typical?)
Vip(?):
Hahaha! That's just BU**SH*T! We won't use some crapy VIP system... We will use the normal one... Premium.
Premium:
For the premium(Something that need to be bought for Real money)
Premium users have access to the premium island by taking a portal.
While Free users have to do a repeatable quest (Quite long quest ofc, won't be esay to get access to premium island).
Donations:
Because of much "whine" about having donations to your server think this way:
Free Accounts
As you saw in Premium, they gain alot of things that they usally don't have in Real Tibia (without the access to the premium island).
But as for the Free Accounts, they will also gain some fetures:

Because of that NON of us Project Members aren't in top of Webdesigning and php scripting, therefore will we use a downloaded template (Paxton6.0 - Quite AWESOME, <3 you Paxton!), and the Modern AAC (by Paxton Once again).
But we have done some own codes, such as:

We are far from done when it comes to spawns and hunting spots!
NPC'S
As for the npc's... We have worked around NOTHING here, because we belive that they aren't necessary right now.

Mining System:
Our mining system is like a normal mining system (Pick + Stone = Ores) But, we have made a "skill" function to this, so everytime you mine you will get an higher point in mining.
The higher skill you have in mining the higher chance will you have to gain an ore. Currently 1 skill in mining = 1% for an ore, and max mining skill is 50 ( so 50% to gain an ore). But this will be changed.
Melting System:
For the melting system, you will need to have an ore in your bag, and a copper (bought from a npc), and with help of an melting stone(special one ofc) melt an item.
As the Mining system, you will gain skills for everytime you melt. (as the mining system melting skill max is 50, and 50% to succeed to create an item (Will be changed).
BUT the chances of to get a special item will not change by the skills, like the chance to get a donation item, (1/2000).
As I said in the Melting System part, there is a chance to get a donation item. The WHOLE system (mining / melting) are able for FREE ACCOUNTS! - You will gain access to portals to other cities(insted of using the damn BOAT NPC, that doesn't even exist yet ).
- You will gain access to the premium island(nor exist) with portals to hunt areas (No quests though<_<).
- You will gain access to the new promote (tbh, I am suprised that our scripter already made this ) Which give you new spells(not over powered) attack speed SLIGHTLY faster(I mean it, just 0.2 sec faster)
- Update: You will gain access to new spells for the new Vocs, Mighty Wizard(Sorc), Holy Priest(Druid), Unstoppable Hunter(Paladin, got a better name? post it!), Warlord(Knight, Got a better name? post it!)

Donations:

So, as you read in the quote... The donations won't be able to pay all these bills, I promise you. Also the bills for the server who need maintenance once a month.
Free Accounts

But as for the Free Accounts, they will also gain some fetures:
- Gain access to the first promte (as in Elite, Master, Royal and Elder)
- Gain access to the Boat NPC
- Gain the non custom made Premium spells!
- Gain access to ALL addons ( the last one is expansive 300 Crystal Coins)

Updates:
I will put all updates that's made in this section!
- New Boss event added! The boss will be spawned when an item is used in a specific cave. When the event is started, the exit will be blocked (If a player stand where the block is, then he will get teleported in to the fight!). A Boardcast will be displayed in the serve and the event timer will be set to 20 min! The event timer will be stoped untill the time runs out or boss is defeated.
- Undead zone finnished! A hidden treasure is somewhere in the dungeon!
