A New Forgotten Server?

Hello, I have been using the Forgotten Server for a very long time now. It's great, very stable, compatible, etc. I just get bored of opening up my folder and seeing the same old name over and over again "The Forgotten Server" I know, you might just say "Change It" well that really would not change anything, as you cannot change the names it loads with, also the map, it's boring, and it's in all of the revs.. Can't we change some stuff up? Like, the name of the project, or a different map, or something? I mean come on, we've been using the same thing for around 4 years.. It's time to change things.. We all are getting bored..

I don't see that as a priority, not even necessary. But the codename for big revs is changed(doomed elderberry, cryingdamson, mysticspirit, etc), so why changing the main project name? You can change the one you download ofc.

You can change the project name, ect~ in sources..

No, it's not hard to change the displayed text anywhere. You just need to know where to change. >.<

Well those changes aren't really needed? if you want to you can rename the file to w/e u want and / or you can change the startup texts and stuff.. and the maps and scripts are rarely used i guess, most people has their own ^^ or some piece of sh*t rl map xP

If the community could attract enough development into an alternative client we could really really depart from the average.

like from my sig: Ultima. 32+ level support plxxorz

Makes me wonder if Exult would be a good starting point. YATC was fail last time I tried it. Usecode support would be pretty f**king sweet.

i think this polls with ppls with motivition writes on it this is what builds the ot communatiy becuse there is alot of ppls that are joinig forces to make the best ot server for us thats one of the reasons why
the ot cummunatiy wont be gone for a long time i think changing the name of the server tfs really wont change anything.

That looks like a nice map editior, but it would be a hard deal to run it, as ultima 6 itself is a very big game (1003 MB) for a 2d game.
But yea, if they have TFS and then like a different client, say the name was The Weed Server (TWS), and still run on a tibia custom client, but have all of the graphics as ultima 6. That would be great
