Map sizes

I was wondering something. If I have 2 maps that are exactly the same but one map starts at say 15000 15000, and the other map starts at say 150 150, would the map that starts at 150 150 create less lag? Keep in mind they are the exact same map , just different cooridinates. Thanks in advance.

just start serv with both maps and check memory usage?

Is that the only way? I have so much memory[16 gig] Im not shure how accurate that will be really. Anyone have any first hand knowledge on this subject?
