Bug on 0.3 alpha 4

i got a bug on 0.3 alpha 4, after that i've downloaded i'm going to unpack it. But after i've unpacked it, there's no forgotten.exe.
Also sometimes my computer deletes some files... I had a ot before but my computer deleted it,and now i was gona download it again,but as i said there's no forgotten.exe, so i cant start the ot
pls help me
